Jeffrey Odway is a Senior Executive with extensive experience including General Management, Business Development, Marketing/Sales/Communications, Transportation/Logistics, and Operations in the overall Management arena in the Transportation industry. Known for implementing Business, Transportation, and Logistics strategies to increase efficiencies and decrease expenses at companies he has been involved with.
A proven track record leading companies in transportation to increased profitability and sustainability. Specializing in restructuring and turnaround operations wherever he has gone. A recognized leader in Team Building, Building Organizations, Sales/Marketing, Communications, Business Development, National Operations, Fleet Management, Fleet Maintenance, Fleet HR and Fleet Safety on a National level.
Jeffrey is a team builder, mentor, and coach who enhances relationships by training, equipping, and mentoring others. He helps and encourages people to become better daily and adds tremendous value to all organizations that he has been associated with.
Industry Leadership
Over the years, Jeffrey has served on many industry boards including the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trucking Association (2006-2010), the Manitoba Trucking Association (2014-2024), where he served as Vice President from 2020-2024. He also served as the initial Chairman of the Manitoba Trucking Safety Council, RPM (2015-2018).
Jeffrey credits the leadership principles instilled by his late father Edward Odway and the Maximum Impact organization—specifically Dr. John C. Maxwell—for many of the leadership principles that have garnered him so much success over his career.
